Science news: it’s not looking so good for empathy…

not quite human.

We are losing the capacity for empathy. Almost 75 percent of students today rate themselves as less empathetic than the average student 30 years ago. Probably because we interact so much more with technology and have less face-to-face communication, which helps us to connect emotionally.

So like, as robots become humans, humans are becoming robots.

Uhhhhhhooooohhhh.

    So true! Read the unabomber’s manifesto. Although he was not a good person, he had some really interesting things to say about the role technology plays in our society.
